How do I create a deal?
Go to your dashboard and click "+ New deal". Fill in the details and share the link with your buyer.
What are the fees?
1.5% of the transaction amount + NGN 100 flat fee, capped at NGN 2,000.
How does the release work?
The seller sets a delivery estimate the buyer approves before paying. 24 hours after it, the payment releases to you.
What if there's a dispute?
Open a dispute from your buyer's report. Submit your side. A person reads the case and decides.
When is money released?
Money releases when: (1) the buyer confirms receipt, or (2) automatically 24 hours after the delivery estimate if they do not respond.
