This is a placeholder for the TrustPay Terms and Conditions, effective 2026-10. It is an honest draft for the test-mode product, not legal advice, and it is not final.

In short: TrustPay holds your payment at a partner bank, not with the seller. The money releases to the seller when you confirm you received the item, or automatically 24 hours after the seller's delivery estimate if you do not respond. A dispute freezes the payment and every timer until a person reviews the case.
