Rule 1: Protect the escrow
Money held in escrow is never held by TrustPay. It is held at partner banks.
Rule 2: One dispute rule
Each buyer can open one dispute per deal. Multiple disputes trigger automatic closure.
Rule 3: Deadlines
The buyer confirms any time after payment. 24 hours after the delivery estimate the buyer approved, the payment releases.
